What counts as an 'AI request' in my plan?

An AI request is any message, agent action, or tool call processed by one of our AI models — GPT, Claude Sonnet, Claude Opus, Gemini Pro, Grok, DeepSeek, plus image and video generators. The advertised request counts are conservative, based on the worst case where you use only the most expensive models. With cheaper or mixed model use, you'll typically get many more requests within the same plan.

How do the usage limits work?

Every paid plan has two rolling fair-use windows: a 5-hour burst window and a weekly window — both measured in spend, not raw request count. This lets you burst when you need to during heavy sessions while preventing accidental overuse. The remaining usage and reset times are visible in the app, and both windows reset automatically.
